new production

In a few weeks we are starting the rehearsals of our new production ?Stekeblind?, a new play for ages 3 and more

Everything starts with a letter.
From Hedgehog to Mole.
That he wants to be with her.
Talking about things together.
Drinking tea by the window together
And watching the landscape together.
Counting sheep together
And sleeping in one bed together.

The play is a story about love
The play is Romeo and Juliet for preschoolers

The 'Blueberry Award' for Simon D'Huyvetter

Last summer we played the production ?Wanikan? in Japan and we are very excited to mention that actor Simon D?huyvetter is selected to receive the blueberry award.
Here?s what the report mentioned about Simon:

You were selected as the performer who gave us the most fun amongst the performers from all the productions we saw last year (June 2015-May 2016).

?What?? ?Wow? ?Ohh? ?I see? ?Amazing!? ?Where is he coming out?? ?What kind of shape is he making?? Your performance was full of unexpected ideas and backed up by skilled expression which totally mesmerised the audiences. Adults were fascinated by your tiny movements of eyes and body.

After we saw the performance, we asked parents to bring their old clothes and both children and adults played together to create various things and had a great fun.

Wanikan showed us the fun of imagination and the power of the arts which overcomes the language barrier and connects us by heart. Thank you so much for coming all the way from Belgium. With our great gratitude, we hereby give you the Blueberry Award.
