WANIKAN BACK FROM JAPAN!

Wanikan
was a big success in Japan. Simon D'Huyvetter and Anjana Dierckx made more than 900 Japanese children and parents happy at various venues in and around Tokyo. This pretour was organised in the light of the 150 years of friendship between Belgium and Japan. In July the ricca ricca*festa 2016 (International Theater Festival OKINAWA for Young Audiences) starts. Wanikan performed at this festival in 2014. This was the beginning of our Japanese adventure. Click here for the trailer!

The theatre groups were all really impressed by the children's reaction to Wanikan.
They said they had never seen their children so fascinated and dragged into a performance before.

Thanks for this wonderful performance! Your message is much more meaningful than president Obama's speech! ;)

KRIEP HAD A BLAST IN AUSTRIA!

Jits Van Belle, Tineke Caels and Stan Vangheluwe performed a fantastic KRIEP in German at the Szene Bunte Wähne festival in Horn! They are ready to conquer the German market. We truly believe this not the end of our international story!

Angst und Humor, Spannung und Entspannung, unheimlich.
Ziemlich creepy. Bedrohlich echt!

WOESJ (3+)

Two opera singers float in a musical world
full of notes, choirs and spheres.
Everything you see sounds.
Everything is music.
Even the tides, ebb and flood.

A sea-opera for toddlers. The two water nymphs, performed by Noémie Schellens and Abigail Abraham, are ready to astonish you with their beautiful voices.

THE KING WITHOUT SHOES (3+)

Once upon a time?
there was a king.
A king on a golden throne.
Wearing a magnificent crown
and a shiny coat as well.
He had about 100 horses
He also had 1000 servants.
And even 1000 X 1000 friends.
The king had everything to be happy.
Nevertheless he was sad...

A performance about sadness, hope and happiness. About giving and taking and that wealth is much more than being wealthy. This performance received the 'Prix de l'enfance' from jury at the Huy Festival Jeunes Rencontres in 2008.
